I build the kind of long-term relationships that translate into retention, revenue, and real community impact, and I've been invested in Minneapolis long before it was professionally relevant.

I build partner and membership ecosystems, grow them, and keep members engaged. That work is rooted in Minneapolis from the start, from the Southern Theater and the Ordway to co-founding Button Poetry.

A decade in tech added the scale. I built partner marketing from scratch at Calabrio and OpenSesame and led programs across 400+ partners, and at 6sense I launched a 22-city member community that helped drive a 7× lift in renewals. What's rare is knowing how to serve a boutique Minneapolis restaurant and a Fortune 500 sponsor in the same room.
